Which countries do you deliver to?

How can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. This number can be used to check the order status on the carrier's website.
What if I didn't receive my order?
The order generally will be confirmed and deliversin 2 working days.but delivery times may be longer due to postal delays. If you have not received your order after 7 business days, please first check the tracking of your package that you received by email. If the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not yet received it, we advise you to contact customer service.
How do I return an order that doesn't suit me?
Attached you will find the return form to download, fill out, and then slip into your return package. Please note that we no longer offer exchanges of items. A refund will be issued once your order has been received at our premises. Please make sure to return the item to us in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the corresponding invoice. Returns must be made by post only. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the item to us.

I ordered but did not receive an email confirmation. What to do ?

The delivery address is not correct, how can I change it?

Why is my payment not going through?
